For short term parking there is 2-hour parking on Blatchington Road, Hove which costs around £1.50 per hour. For longer term parking there is longer parking in the streets behind the office such as Clarendon Villas, Goldstone Road, or Shirley Street (it is always best to double check the road signs). Also there is parking at Hove Station or at the King Alfred swimming pool. The car parks are around a 10-minute walk away from the meeting rooms. Alternatively, if you are spending £5 or more at Tesco (check the machines as quite often no shopping is required) there is up to 3 hours free parking at Tesco's. There is a walkway right opposite where you drive in to walk along Belfast Street and then out onto Blatchington road which is around 5 minutes walk from the office. Hove station is half a mile away.

Unfortunately the meeting rooms do not have disabled access as although it is on the ground floor there are around 5 steps to get up to the front door.

Hot drinks and biscuits or cakes are provided with the room booking. Water is also provided. If you have any food allergies please clearly state this clearly on the booking form and on arrival at the workshop or event, and we will do our best to cater for your needs.

If cancelled 10 days prior to the event you will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 days before 80% refunded. If cancelled 5 days before then 50% refunded. If cancelled less than 5 days before there is no refund. However, you can transfer the booking to someone else if they have filled in our booking form, so we have the details. Level of participation for events meeting rooms hove events If you are shy or just do not wish to join in on the discussion/chatting parts that is absolutely fine just feel free to say that, no one will mind at all as we feel it is very important to feel comfortable.
